Immunisation helps protect against serious diseases such as Shingles, MenC, Human Papilomavirus (HPV) and others. This site explains what vaccines are available and when to get them.
During autumn/winter 2015 flu immunisation will be offered to children aged 2–5 years old, who are not yet in primary school, through their GP practice and to all primary school children at school.
If you are aged 16-18 and have left school, you are eligible for the MenACWY vaccination. Make an appointment with your GP practice to get the vaccine now.
